Refund Policy

Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for requesting a return or refund.


Terms of refund:


  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Only unused, unopened, and original-condition products are eligible for return.
  • All returned items must include original packaging and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) 


State of return:


  • Products must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, and in resalable condition.
  • For health and safety reasons, worn, opened, or soiled diapers are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper storage will not be accepted


Return eligibility:

 

We accept returns only under the following conditions:


  • The product was delivered damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • An incorrect item was shipped in error


Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind, size discrepancies once the packaging is opened, or allergic reactions due to individual sensitivities.


Request a refund:


To request a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer service team at info@swimclubstore.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide the following:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photo evidence (if applicable)


  1. Await confirmation and return authorization before sending any item back.
  2. Once authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to return your product.


Refund process:


  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or a defective product.
  • If the product is deemed ineligible for return after inspection (e.g., worn or soiled), no refund will be issued, and the product will be disposed of for health and safety compliance.
